Payments are processed securely through Lubesta. Once a transaction is completed, the payment will be transferred to your designated account within the agreed-upon time frame.
Suppliers are responsible for shipping their products. However, Lubesta can assist with logistics if needed, connecting you to reliable delivery services or helping you arrange shipping directly to consumers.
As a supplier, you must comply with Lubesta’s return and refund policies, which are designed to ensure a smooth process for both you and the customer. You’ll be notified of any returns, and the process will be managed through our platform.
