At Lubesta, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to make your shopping experience seamless. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds process to address your concerns.

 

What Is Our Return Policy?

You have the option to return purchased goods within two weeks for a full credit or exchange (provided the product is undamaged), without needing to provide a reason, by simply sending the items back. To meet the deadline, it's sufficient to dispatch the goods or submit a return request within the given time frame. Please note, Lubesta’s 30-day satisfaction guarantee does not apply to custom-made products or items labeled as "Non-Returnable." All returned items must be in their original packaging, include all components, and be in unused, like-new condition. Returns are made at your own cost and risk.

 

How Can I Return an Item?

When returning a product, ensure it is securely packaged, and include the packing slip. If you don’t have the packing slip, kindly provide the purchase date, original invoice number, and item number. Additionally, please specify whether you prefer a replacement item or a credit for your return.

How Can I Cancel My Order?

If the products have not yet left our warehouse, we may cancel your order unless it concerns any products ordered specifically for you.

 

What Should I Do If My Item Is Damaged?

We strive to ensure all products arrive in excellent condition, and we apologize if you receive a damaged item. To resolve the issue, we’ll either send a replacement or provide a full refund. We will also cover the cost of returning the damaged item. You can start the return process online for a full refund or contact our Customer Service team for a replacement.
